主料:羊腩400克
辅料:豆腐乳15克,柱侯酱12克,姜肉20克
调料/腌料:盐2克,味精1克,胡椒粉0.5克,料酒10毫升,冰糖10克,植物油15克
制作过程
1.先将斩好的羊腩炕干水,飞水洗净后待用.
2.用油起镬,将姜,蒜,腐乳,柱侯酱炒香,随即赞酒落汤,加入羊腩调味,用文火文至好即成.
