| 钩虫 Ancylostomatidae 线虫动物门尾感器纲小杆线虫目钩虫科的通称。种属很多。寄生于人体的钩虫主要有两种：十二指肠钩虫和美洲板口钩虫。钩虫分布几乎遍及世界。 成虫细长，体壁略透明，活时呈红色，死后乳白色。体前端有一发达的角质口囊，内具钩齿或切板。雌雄异体，雌虫较雄虫粗而长。头腺巨大，分泌物能阻止血液凝固。体后有1对交合刺，很细，呈黄褐色。尾端有交合伞。虫卵椭圆形，壳薄而透明，钩蚴分杆状蚴和丝状蚴2期。发育不需中间宿主。丝状蚴侵入皮肤后引起皮炎，多见于足趾和手指间。成虫寄生于肠道后，引起粘膜出血点和小溃疡，会导致宿主慢性失血，体力减弱。儿童严重感染后会造成侏儒症。 |
