l旧nhex一kuongJI联合洗矿机(eomposite washer)由圆筒筛和耙式分级机组成的洗矿设备。在固定的槽体中，利用圆筒筛的旋转和耙子的往复运动所产生的机械力，刮散、擦洗物料，并将其分级。圆筒筛部分浸没在水中，筛子的直径为Zm，筒长视分级机宽度而定，一般为3·7一5·Om。筛孔的大小沿矿石运动方向逐渐增大，从6到J 15mm。圆筒筛转速为18一24r/min。沿筒筛的全长装有一根水管供给洗涤水。当筛子旋转时，矿石受到洗涤，细粒穿过筛孔进入耙式分级机中，粗粒由圆筒筛的末端排出。进入耙式分级机的物料再一次受到洗矿作用，矿砂由耙子耙出，细粒泥砂成溢流排出。槽宽2.4m、长6m的联合洗矿机的生产率为5()一loot/h。装机功率为3okw。用水量为4一8m3八。适宜的洗矿粒度为50一6Omm。该机的优点是洗好的矿石经过了分级，可得出三种产品，缺点是不适于处理很粘的粘土质矿石，i三要用于处理易洗的砂土性粘土矿石。 (樊绍良)
