这种癌非常少见。主要包括小细胞型、梭形细胞型和大细胞型,常与其他类型的子宫内膜癌或恶性中胚叶混合瘤同时存在。诊断时需除外淋巴瘤或肉瘤。免疫组化染色:上皮膜抗原(EMA)、角蛋白(keratines)和癌胚抗原(CEA)均阳性;白细胞共同抗原(LCA)、波形蛋白(vimantin)和结蛋白(desmin)均阴性。其临床表现及治疗参见子宫内膜癌。预后不良。
