性质:物件间或试样间不加任何润滑剂时的摩擦。是衡量摩阻材料的一个重要指标,利用干摩擦的作用将动能转化为热能,并加以吸收或散失以减少对磨表面相对运动速度,如刹车片这类材料就要求干摩擦力强。而湿摩擦刚好与此相反。利用高分子材料做成耐磨材料时,往往测其摩擦系数,多数是在干摩擦情况下进行。如测耐磨聚四氟乙烯,耐磨聚甲醛等的摩擦系数就是在这种状态下进行。
