补充资料:宋代棕色纹罗
宋代棕色纹罗 一九七五年宁夏银川贺兰山西夏陵区出土。经密82—86根/厘米,纬密20—22根/厘米,经丝宽度为0.14—0.25毫米,纬丝宽度为0.64—0.71毫米。它的地纹罗是四根一组的绞经组织,花纹部分是两经相绞的平罗组织。织制纹罗要配置提花束综装置来控制地经的运动,上机工艺较复杂。织制时,地经由提花束综来管理升降。提起地部组织点时,部分经丝未被绞丝纠缠住,致使脱节而形成大孔眼;其余未留下的未脱节的部分,起两经相绞的作用而形成图案花纹的两经相绞的平罗组织。这和四根一组的地纹组织不同,故在织物表面形成一个区域一个区域的花纹来。下口综在投纬时全部提起,闭口时全部沉落,这样就可减少被夹起的浮经,在投下一梭纬丝时保持较清晰的梭口,确保纹罗织物的质量。
