河北雾灵山国家级自然保护区
位于河北省兴隆县北部，面积14337公顷，1983年经河北省人民政府批准建立，1988年晋升为国家级，主要保护对象为温带森林生态系和猕猴。
本区地处燕山山脉，最高海拔2116米。清代，视雾灵山为清东陵的风水禁地，严禁砍伐树木，以致林木繁茂，形成了郁闭的天然林。且森林植被随海拔高度发生变化，形成垂直带，具有华北植物区系的代表性，是研究森林植被变化的“天然实验室”，因而为中外学者所重视。保护区内还分布有猕猴、斑羚等珍稀野生动物，并为我国猕猴分布的北限。
