补充资料：摩拉氏菌属
奈瑟氏菌科的 1属。革兰氏染色阴性、无运动性的短粗杆菌或球菌。因法国眼科医生V.摩拉(1896)和K.T.P.P.阿克森费尔德(1897)分别从病人结膜和角膜感染中，发现本菌属中的陷窝摩拉氏菌(M.lacunata)而得名。需氧，生物化学反应不活泼，对糖类不发酵。DNA中的G+C克分子含量为40～46％。有5个种,其中陷窝摩拉氏菌引起人类慢性结膜炎，牛摩拉氏菌引起牛传染性角膜炎。
陷窝摩拉氏菌 又名摩阿二氏杆菌。菌体大小(0.8～1.2)×(1.5～3.0)微米，常两端相连，成双排列或形成短链。无芽胞，无荚膜，营养要求特殊，普通培养基上不生长（需要补充血清、血液或腹水），能液化凝固血清，吲哚、尿素酶和磷酸酶均阴性。抵抗力弱，室温内1～2天死亡。DNA中的G+C克分子含量为42～43％。可用0.25％硫酸锌或青霉素、氯霉素和链霉素治疗，银盐无效。
