Through analyzing the character of creative talents, the paper tries to probe the cultivation regularity and model for creative talents.

Objective: To unify some concepts and specific requirements of specialty nurse in China, such as its cultivation standards, certification management system and other related problems.

Talent cultivation mode is an organic system that consists of such factors as education thoughts and concepts,cultivation objectives,cultivation standards,course systems,cultivation process,etc.

The aspects introduced in this article include: the growth conditions, the regulation and control of fatty acids, accumulation, physiology, mass cultivation, mutation and the use as live feeds in aquaculture and so on.

Form the point views of entrance qualifications,training directions,graduation qualifications and so on,this paper makes a contrast study and draws a lessons and suggestions by taking the talents training standards in higher vocational education of some typical countries such as German,Japan,America,France,Astralia,Canada and so on.

According to the characteristic of talent requirement in the new era, the training standards with two kinds of qualities, a set of knowledge, four types of capabilities and six certificates are put forward for higher vocational education in the new era, and the reform measures for realizing the training standards are also discussed.

And then the detailed studies on the reform of the training objectives, training standards,curriculum system and evaluation system are carried out to establish the personnel training model for the promotion of the coordinated development of knowledge, ability and quality.
