danql zlyuan zhuanhuan氮气资源转换(nitrogenresouI’cest~fo~tion)空气中氮通过化学、生物、物理过程转化为农业、工业可利用资源。氮是构成生命基础—蛋白质的主要成分。氮在自然界含量非常丰富，仅空气就含有78%体积的氮。这些氮不能直接为生物利用，需通过某些生物和石化物的固氮过程才能转换成氮肥被植物吸收。 闪电、火山爆发等无机过程固氮量很少。大量的氮素化肥从沉积的石化物中提取，约占化肥总量的40%，其利用率却只有30%~40%。通过氮肥深施，施用缓效肥料、硝化抑制剂、脉酶抑制剂等措施可提高氮肥利用效率。 大气中的游离氮分子可由微生物体内还原为结合的氮分子。地球表面每年因生物固氮作用获得的氮约为(1.0~l.8)xl了吨，其中(0.12~o.4)x1)吨是由耕种土壤中的固氮微生物所固定。固氮微生物有50属叨多种，共3种类型:共生固氮作用的豆科根瘤菌;非共生固氮作用的细菌、蓝藻和放射线菌;联合固氮作用的水稻和无色杆菌、小麦和芽抱细菌等。就作物而言，每年大豆固氮75~150千克/公顷，豆科绿肥和牧草100~150千克/公顷，菲律宾红萍3个月固氮117千克/公顷。因此，发展人工草场栽培豆科牧草，养殖萍藻开辟氮素资源，对豆科、花生接种根瘤菌增强固氮能力，利用生物固氮基因工程、细胞工程拓宽固氮领域，实现向非豆科作物固氮能力的转移等，都是提高氮转换效率的有效途径‘(王修兰)
