龙井种(Longjing zhong) 茶树有性群体品种之一。原产浙江省杭州市龙井茶区。 植株灌木型,分枝较密。中、小叶类,种群中由长叶类、圆叶类、普通叶类和瓜子叶类4个主要叶类组成,其中以普通叶类分布为最广,约占75%;长叶类约占15%;圆叶类和瓜子叶类各占5%左右。早生种,生长期长。芽叶较小,茸毛中等,育芽能力强,耐采。结实力中等。有较强的抗逆性。品质和产量以长叶类为最好,圆叶类和普通叶类次之,瓜子叶类最差。以普通叶类做对照;长叶类多酚类含量高3.65%,水浸出物高4.39%,制成龙井茶售价高10.9%,产量高31.1%。适于杭州地区的龙井、旗松产区种植,附近眉茶产区亦可种植。 |
