制作：
1.蛋加入少许的盐打散成蛋液，取平底不沾锅，倒入橄榄油烧热，慢慢倒入蛋液煎成蛋皮後起锅，切成蛋丝备用。
2.红菜、大陆a菜、红萝蔔洗净切小片，连同青豆仁、豌豆筴以加入盐的沸水汆烫後捞起沥乾；虾子洗净去肠泥以沸水汆烫後去壳备用。
3.将白饭放入碗中，加入少许盐及及作法2的材料(虾子除外)拌匀，再铺上蛋丝及草虾即可。
