Object: Investigate the adhesive, proliferative and differentiative biological behavior of bone mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) into absorbable gelatin sponge, to conclude the biocompatibility of absorbable gelatin sponge and the possibility of gelatin sponge as BMSCs scaffold in intraocular trasplantation .
目的:通过研究骨髓间充质干细胞(bone mesenchymal stem cells BMSCs)在可吸收明胶海绵上的黏附、增殖及分化的生物学行为,探讨可吸收明胶海绵的生物相容性,为以可吸收明胶海绵做为BMSCs的有效载体进行眼内回植做准备。

【性状】
本品为白色或微黄色、质轻、软而多孔的海绵状物，具吸水性；经较重 的揉搓，不致崩碎。 本品在水中不溶。
【检查】
吸水力 取本品约1cm×1cm ×0.5cm ，精密称定，浸入20℃的水中， 用手指轻揉，注意不使破损，俟吸足水分，用小镊子轻轻夹住一角，提出水面停留1 分 钟后，精密称定，吸收的水分不得少于供试品重量的35倍。 炽灼残渣 取本品0.1g，依法检查（附录Ⅷ N），遗留残渣不得过2.0 ％。 无菌 取本品，依法检查（附录Ⅺ H），应符合规定。
