分别对多层砌体房屋结构和底层框架砖房结构的主要震害特征进行了归纳总结,在严格遵循《建筑抗震设计规范》(GB50011—2001)和《砌体结构设计规范》(GB50003—2001)的前提下,结合作者多年的实际工程设计经验,提出了几条关于砌体结构抗震设防设计的建议,供广大设计同行参考。

通过对绵阳市城区内的各类建筑工程在汶川地震后的震害调研、地震现场考察,收集了大量建筑结构震害资料,对钢筋混凝土框架结构、砖混结构、单层厂房、底框砖混等结构的震害特征进行了归纳,并简略分析了本次震害中所见到的特殊现象。
