The article gropes for methods of arrangeability evaluation on arranging land in urban land, designs index system of evaluation of urban land arrangeability, uses the method of two steps evaluation, puts forward arrange sizes and direction of arranging urban land in Jiangbei District, Chongqing and provides decision-making bases.
