This is a little thesis, I start with analysis of the reason why Chinese dislike “go to court”, explain “reason” conflicts with “law”, Point out that this conflict has caused people s psychology of “detesting sue at the law”, and it has caused the society of idea that it distrust the court universally.

Taking the confused cases described in the chapters such as "Gourd monk judges gourd case" and "Wang xifeng plays politics in iron doorsill temple" as example, the article analyzes the rule "force─human relationship─confused settling" taken on these cases, attempting to reveal bureaucracy dark and judicature putridity on.
