在河南长葛市老城镇小南门里。池东西长60米,南北宽30米,水深3~4米,常年不涸,相传为楷书之祖钟繇练字洗砚的地方。民国时期池上建有亭谢曲桥,今已不存。池边有高台,为钟繇台,清乾隆十二年《长葛县志》载:“钟繇台在县治前,繇尝学书其上,洗砚于池,池水尽黑。”
