On the basis of analysing the present situation of the resources exploitation along Xikang railway in South of Shaanxi province, it is pointed that the resources superiority do not given full play due to the unconvenient communications.
本文通过对陕南西康铁路沿线资源开发利用现状进行分析 ,指出由于交通的闭塞 ,资源优势未能很好发挥 ,西部大开发和西康铁路的建成为资源的重新配置和合理开发带来了契机 ,探讨了在新的形势下 ,陕南资源重新合理配置的可行性、原则 ,建立了分区资源优化配置模式。
