Since "Tendering" came into effect,the construction market establishes a legal person responsibility system,the bidding system,project supervision and contract management system as the core of the project management system,to provide market conditions and legal protection for "the lowest bid" method.

Through quantity analyzing the relationship of the profits of the M&As and the market parameters,it got the conclusion that the promoting market conditions include: more trademarks of the mergers,less trademarks of the other companies,weakly pricing power of the domestic companies,low extent of differ.
