By means of the sliding-window Chebyshev expansion technique, the objective forecast model (OFM) of heavy rainfall from May to June in the Jianyan station was developed in order to improve the capability of single-station rainfall forecasting.

Based on variable structure control theory and the method of zeroing the rate of line-of-sight (LOS) angle between missile and target, a suitable sliding sector is chosen instead of conventional sliding mode, and a three-dimensional continuous extended sliding mode guidance law is designed by considering the maneuvering acceleration of target as a disturbance with known boundary.

滑动性疝均应手术修补。一般采用经腹股沟修补术。麻醉、切口和显露疝囊的手术步骤与斜疝手术相同。显露疝囊并切开，然后在滑出内脏(例如盲肠)的周围约1.5cm处作一环形切口，切开腹膜(即疝囊)，在腹膜外游离盲肠，直至疝囊颈部(内环)外。注意勿损伤肠管的动、静脉。将游离的盲肠显露于切口外，在其后面将两侧腹膜作间断对合缝合，使其成为一个新的完整疝囊。然后，将游离的盲肠回纳入腹腔，在内环外用丝线作一荷包缝合，以关闭腹腔，剪除多余疝囊。然后施行Bassini或McVay术修补腹股沟管。
