透穴法 透穴法 刺法名。即透穴而刺，一针多穴的刺法。又称透针法、透刺法。其法为刺入某穴后，将针尖刺抵相邻近的穴位，但不可穿透皮肤。又可沿皮浅透法，如地仓透颊车；直向深透法，如内关透外关、阳陵泉透阴陵泉等。透穴法有较好的临床效果，《玉龙歌》：“偏正头风痛难医，丝竹金针亦可施，沿皮向后透率谷，一针两穴世间稀。”
