磁共振成像术语。磁共振成像的脉冲序列之一。磁共振成像中,在90°射频脉冲前增加一个180°脉冲,把净磁化矢量反转到Z轴上,间隔一段时间(反转时间,inversion time,TI)后再施加一个90°脉冲,将净磁化矢量倾斜到X-Y平面上,产生一个自由感应衰减(FID)信号,其后再加一个180°脉冲则可产生一个自旋回波信号。这样,IR序列既可收集自旋回波信号,又可收集FID信号。IR序列有三个参数,即TI、TR(重复时间)和TE(回波时间)。IR序列成像时可获得T1加权和质子密度加权像,也可用IR序列测量样本的T1值。
