Study and Implementation of Marine Information Metadata Standard Based on XML;

This paper aims at the characteristics of marine information share from the concept of directory service and elementarily studies the directory service of marine information based on metadata.

On the base of the approximate arithmetic、the tabernacle law the iterative arithmetic,with the analyses ocean transmission channel by ray tracing theory,the question of the relation between ocean environment and ocean channel has been better solved and the availability use of frequency equipment on the sea has been provided in the article.
