Miticidal activity was found from the extractives of the leaves of Allium tuberosum rottler by studied on biological activity.
通过生物活性研究,发现韭叶不同有机溶剂提取物有很好的杀螨活性,筛选出具有优良生物活性化学结构:n BuS(O2)SBu n、AllylSSSAllyl及复配组合MeS(O)SMe+MeS(O2)SMe+MeSSMe(质量比为 1 8∶3 9∶1)对棉花立枯病菌的相对抑制率达100%;化合物MeS(O)SMe、EtS(O2)SEt、n BuS(O2)SBu n对苹果轮纹病菌的相对抑制率也达100%;MeSSMe、MeSSSMe及复配组合MeS(O2)SMe+MeSSMe+MeSSSMe(质量比为 6∶1 3∶1)48 h杀螨死亡率超过80%。
