Identifing special precursory earthquake events with forecasting significance in east China;

Based on the thinking of using distribution of local mean lunar times of significant shocks to predict earthquakes, a program to account the paramtes′s concentrative degree has been compiled for use.

The results showed, the magnitude of significant earthquakes rose, the time interval between two significant earthquakes reduced; when significant earthquakes occurred, their angles between two vectors of tidal force became less; the angles between two vectors of horizontal tidal force became less too, and the vector of horizontal tidal force was near to t.
