眼镜鱼
眼镜鱼体甚侧扁，薄而高，形如眼镜片。一般体长10～20厘米，体重75～200克。体腹部轮廓弯度较大，腹缘凸而薄，背侧微弯，故得名。鳞片微小，手能触到而看不见。口小，几呈垂直状，能伸缩，向上倾斜如管状。臀鳍位低，基底长。成鱼多数埋于皮下。尾柄短而侧扁。尾鳍深叉表，上、下叶同长。腹鳍细小，但其中有二根特延长。体上部深蓝色，下部银白色，胸鳍浅黄色。两侧在侧线上下各有2～3列小于眼径之黑色圆斑。分布于印度洋和太平洋。我国产于南海和东海，以南海产量较多。
