主料
蚬壳粉6两（约240克），番茄8两（约320克），青椒1/2只，鸡肉10两（约400克），汤2杯。
配料
腌肉料：姜汁、生抽各1/2茶匙，砂糖、盐、生粉各1茶匙，胡椒粉少许。
做法
1、烧煮适量清水，下油一茶匙，倾入蚬壳粉，开盖煮2分钟，熄火，上盖火局15分钟，然后过冷水，沥干。
2、鸡肉切丝，用腌肉料腌半小时，然后下油镬炒熟。
3、青椒切丝，番茄一个切片，余下的切粒。
4、烧煮汤，下蜿壳粉煮片刻，捞出上碗。
5、烧热油一汤匙，下青椒丝炒匀，加入鸡肉丝和番茄粒兜炒熟，即浇在蚬壳粉上，伴上番茄片，浇入煮汤便成。
备注
蚬壳粉要用煮水煮，不可用冷水，否则煮出来的粉会黏烂而不爽口。用煮水浸火局蚬壳粉可以使其快熟一点，节省烹调的时间。
