Based on the management experiences of laboratories of famous colleges at home and abroad, quantitative management was practiced at the basic biology laboratory which has some preliminary effects.

To meet the changes of teaching model and solve the contradiction between the tradidonal geosciences laboratories construction and the new model of talent educated, we proposed to establish the basal geosciences laboratory to optimize the construction of management systems of laboratory teaching based on the situation of our laboratory construction.
为了适应高校教学模式的转变,解决传统地学实验室建设与新模式下人才培养之间的矛盾,优化实验教学管理体系,根据笔者所在系实验室设制的实际情况,提出建立基础地学实验室,对实验室进行开放式管理,完善实验教学管理体系,强化实验管理人员的管理水平。

补充资料：欧洲分子生物学实验室
位于德国海德堡，于1973年建立。由欧洲30个成员国政府支持组成，目的在于促进欧洲国家之间的合作来发展分子生物学的基础研究和改进仪器设备、教育工作等。分7个部分：细胞生物学； 结构；分化；物理仪器；生化仪器;生物仪器；计算机和应用数学。目前,在分子生物学研究中已经建立了先进的核苷酸序列数据库。此外，在欧洲分子生物学实验室以外还有两个研究站，一个在法国的格勒诺布尔；另一个在德国的汉堡。
