Object:To investigate the changes of expression of Neurotrophin-3(NT-3) and the synaptic density in the dentate gyrus of hippocampus temporal lobe Epilepsy rats,and to determine the potential significance of the changes for the development of temporal lobe Epilepsy.

Based on comparing the results of structure systems, the paper reach the conclusion that the sandwich rubber cushion effectively control displacement response of the additional stories structure, and the displacement of each storey are significantly decreased, especially the stiffness mutation of the directly storey-adding are relieved .

Combining the self-adaptive rotation,defining a self-adaptive mutation operator with respect to mutation degree,and exchanging the information of the evolutionary goals by crossover operator regularly,the novel algorithm avoids converging prematurely and yields high efficiency.
