The plumb line variation(PLV) in Yunnan Province during 1985-1997 measured by gravimetric network in the province is compared with that in time latitude residuals measured by photoelectric astrolabe in Yunan Observatory.

Secondly,the expressions of relative orbit difference and latitude argument difference are established to make sure that the latitude argument difference is only the desired variable to illuminate a relative orbit.
