补充资料:齿轮画法
      在机械制图中,齿轮的轮齿部分作图繁琐。为提高制图效率,许多国家都制订了齿轮画法标准,国际上也制订有ISO标准。中国机械制图国家标准规定:①齿顶圆和齿顶线用粗实线绘制。②分度圆和分度线用点划线绘制。③齿根圆和齿根线用细实线绘制,或省略不画。在剖视图中,齿根线用粗实线绘制(图1)。标准还规定了两齿轮啮合时啮合区的画法,如圆柱齿轮在垂直于齿轮轴线的投影面的视图中,啮合区内齿顶圆均用粗实线绘制,或省略不画。在平行于齿轮轴线的投影面的视图中,啮合区的齿顶线不须画出,节线用粗实线绘制。在剖视图中,啮合区内一个齿轮的齿顶线用粗实线绘制,另一个齿轮被遮挡的齿顶线用虚线绘制(图2)。
