介入放射学技术。颅内栓塞治疗用的特殊导管技术。颅内AVM用IBCA栓塞时,既要求导管软而细,又要求导向性能好,要求到位后导管顺利射出IBCA。Kerber 等在Serbinenk可脱性球囊的技术上改良制成带孔球囊导管系统。其目的是:带孔球囊套在柔软的Pursil导管上,注射时球囊有瞬间充盈,可借助血液冲击导向到病变部位,同时对比剂还可以从球囊端的端孔处射出,可行超选择性造影和注射IBCA。
