hUlton回弹(sPring一back)当变形约束去除后,由于变形体内的弹性应力的释放而造成的形状变化。在冷弯型材的变形过程中,回弹使型材的弯曲角在出成尽斌… 回弹示意图 (a,al分别为回弹前、后的角度)形辊后明显减小。(见图)材料弯曲时,其变形区内各部分的应力状态有所不同。横断面中间的不变形部分称为中性层。中性层之外的金属受拉应力作用,产生伸长变形;中性层之内的金属受压应力作用,产生压缩变形。由于中性层两侧金属的应力和应变方向相反,当载荷去除后,中性层两侧金属的弹性回复方向相反,引起不同程度的回弹。 影响回弹量大小的主要因素有材料的屈服强度、弹性模量、板带厚度、硬化指数以及道次弯曲变形量的分配等。回弹是影响冷弯型材成品精度的重要因素。克服回弹影响的最常用方法是使冷弯型材适当地过弯以弥补回弹。过弯一般是在冷弯成形的最后道次中实施,过弯量一般在l。~3o。此外,对弯曲部位进行压缩使板厚轻微减薄或增大板面各方向的张力也可以减小回弹量。 (姚健)
