【旅游外汇管理的对象]我国旅游外汇管理的对象主要是涉外旅游业务的旅行社、宾馆、饭店、车船公司、旅游商品商店、娱乐游览场所等企业。经过当地外汇管理局审查，这类企业符合下列条件者，由外汇管理局发给“核准收取外汇兑换券许可证”:(l)持有旅游、工商行政管理部门的有关批件;(2)有严格的外汇券财务管理制度;(3)外汇券收人占营业收人的一定比例或金额以上;(4)设有外汇券专柜、楼层或场所。
