Objective:To promote the adhsion of endothelial cells onto polyurethane (PU) material for realization of endothelialization on artificial heart and blood vessel.

By combined use of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) and extracellular matrix (ECM),the endothelialization on PU under static culture was accomplished and the attachment rate as well as the morphological changes of EC under flowing shear stress condition were observed when LVAP was working in nomal blood circulatory pressure (12kPa).

类似毛细血管瘤的肝血管畸形疾病。有一定时期的自限病程，分增生、成熟、退化等几个阶段，如无危及生命的并发症，病变则最终消失。本病多在6个月内的婴儿得以确诊，女性多于男性；偶有成年病例的报道。常以肝大和/或腹部包块为主要临床表现，多同时伴有皮肤毛细血管瘤；部分患者因有动静脉瘘而出现充血性心力衰竭。有症状者约2/3会死于该病，死因有充血性心力衰竭、肝功能衰竭或肿瘤破裂出血。单发性者有手术切除机会；多发性则常不能手术切除，可选择肝动脉结扎或栓塞、放疗和皮质激素治疗等。个别可伴发血管肉瘤。
