In this paper,the variations in submarine topography and coastal dynamics caused by sand exploitation are studied by studying the modern action processes of coastal beach,submarine topography and coastal geomorphology and making numerical simulation,and the dynamic impacts of the variations on sea bottom and coast are analyzed.
