杏仁为此款薄饼带来松脆香醇的口感。还可以黄油、蜂蜜和喜欢的新鲜水果搭配薄饼一起享用。
主料：1稁秮杯面粉、3/4杯麦片、1/2茶匙杏仁碎、1/2杯杏仁条。
配料：3茶匙糖、1秾秮茶匙发酵粉、1/2茶匙盐、1秾秮杯牛奶、5茶匙食用油、2个鸡蛋。
【制法】
1.将面粉、麦片、糖、发酵粉和盐在一个大碗里和匀。
2.在另一个碗里搅拌牛奶、3茶匙食用油、鸡蛋和杏仁碎。
3.然后倒入第一个大碗里，搅拌、和匀。
4.在平底锅中倒一些食用油，以中火加热。
5.将1?/4杯面糊摊开成饼状。待边缘成金黄色，将饼翻转一次。
【秘诀】
如有需要可在全部做好后再加适量食用油，可使薄饼更松脆。
