The RBF neural network is made use of to correct the measurement of TDOA to mitigate the effect of the non-line-of-sight(NLOS) propagation,then the position of MS is calculated by the TDOA location algorithm and AOA location algorithm,and finally the position of MS is determined by the weighted average of TDOA and AOA location results.
利用RBF神经网络对到达时间差的测量值进行修正以减小非视距传播影响,然后利用到达时间差定位算法和到达角定位算法分别估算移动台位置,最后对到达时间差和到达角定位结果进行加权平均得到移动台位置。

When cellular networks are utilized to locate the position of mobile station, in order to degrade the disadvantageous influence of non-line-of-sight propagation of radio waves on location performance, an improved location algorithm is proposed in this paper.
用蜂窝网络对移动台进行定位估计时,为了降低电波的非视距传播对定位精度的不利影响,提出了一种先对电波到达时间差和到达时间测量值进行平滑和重构,再采用两次加权最小二乘算法对移动台进行定位估计的算法。
