性质: 是将受激拉曼散射与光声检测相结合而形成的一种新的非线性光谱技术。受激拉曼散射被用来产生分子的内激发,随后在样品中发生诱导振动弛豫,所形成的压力波用光声检测。对气体和只有微弱吸收的液体样品检测可显著提高灵敏度;一些气体的检出限可达10-9级(ppb级),甚至可达10-12级(ppt级),对液体样品可测定低至10-7~10-8cm-1的光吸收。作为色谱的检测系统,能获得较高的检测灵敏度。广泛应用于化学、环境监测和生物医学等领域。
