中国数学会计算数学学会是中国计算数学工作者的学术性群众团体，隶属于中国数学会。中国
计算数学会的宗旨是团结广大计算数学工作者，促进计算数学事业的发展，为科教兴国、实现我国
社会主义现代化作出贡献。
中国计算数学会的主要工作有：组织和支持国内外计算数学及相关学科的学术交流，推动计算
数学理论及应用软件的研究和发展，开展科学计算的普及、咨询工作，促进计算数学教育的改革和
发展，支持和协助计算数学专业书籍和学术刊物的编辑出版工作等。
中国计算数学会于1978年成立，先后召开了六次全国计算数学年会。赵访熊教授、冯康院士、
周毓麟院士分别担任第一、二、三届理事长，石钟慈院士连任第四、五、六届理事长。
各省、直辖市、自治区均已成立地方计算数学会组织，独立开展各项活动。
中国数学会计算数学学会会员资格规定为在科研、教育、生产等部门从事计算数学或与计算数
学有关的工作，相当于助理研究员、讲师、工程师以上职称的计算数学与科学工程计算工作者，以
及热心计算数学与科学工程计算事业，积极支持并参加本会活动的领导干部及其他人员。
