描述AdelostemmaHock.f.乳突果属，萝摩科，3种，我国有2种，其中常见的为乳突果A.gracillimum（Wall.exWight）Hook.f.，分布于缅甸和我国的云南、贵州、广西。柔弱、缠绕植物；叶对生，具长柄，心形或长椭圆形；花小，排成胶生、具柄、伞房花序式的聚伞花序；花萼内面基部具5个腺体；花冠钟状，短5裂；副花冠缺或膜质，5裂，生于合蕊冠的中部；花药有极长、膜质的尖端；花粉块每室1个，下垂；雌蕊由2枚离生心皮所成；柱头棒状，顶突出或内藏，顶端裂；蓇葖果常单生，外果皮通常具乳头状凸起；种子近形，扁平，边缘膜质，顶端具白色绢质种毛。
