It has been explained that a sci-tech operating mechanism must be constructed in accordance with the law of science and technology and the law of market economy from such respects as government management system,sci-tech system reform,the development of intermediary,achievement transform system,talent support system and the combination of production,teaching and research.

This paper mainly discusses the art teaching of architecture in which it is necessary to break the train of traditional teaching thought,smash the bonds of old idea and apply the artistic own regulation to it so as to broaden students thinking and play its important role.
