The paper put forward ways to obtain constants (include the atmospheric reference state and the wavelength of the laser) of distance surveying part of the ETS (electronic total station) or EDM (electro-optical distance meter) by the atmospheric correction formula (that is the multiplicative constant correction or ppm value) of ETS or EDM.

But it is difficult to make certain proper reference state in the uniaxial tensile test,and there has not been an acceptable formula to express its stress-strain relationship.

This paper proposed a mobile agent static routing protocol based on the reference state which can prevent from malicious host.
