痘不灌浆 痘疮由小小血泡,起胀渐大,呈水泡形,逐渐酿脓灌浆。灌浆时,根、窠红润,脓浆饱满,色如黄蜡。饮食、二便基本正常为佳兆。痘不灌浆有二因:“一则气血不足,一则热毒太盛,烧涸津液”(徐春甫《痘疹泄秘》)。宜分别治之。
