【来源】
为鳞毛蕨科植物黑色鳞毛蕨的根茎。
【植物形态】
黑色鳞毛蕨，又名：黑足鳞毛蕨、小叶山鸡尾巴草。 多年生草本，高60～100厘米。根茎倾斜。叶簇生，叶柄长30～40厘米，基部密被鳞片，鳞片线状披针形，黑褐色至红褐色；叶片长椭圆状披针形或卵状长椭圆形，长30～60厘米，宽18～25厘米，叶轴疏被泡状鳞片(有时脱落)，2回羽状复叶；羽片10～13对，长矩圆形至线状披针形，呈镰刀状弯曲，长10～15厘米，宽3～4厘米；小羽片长矩圆形，长1～3厘米，宽5～10毫米，先端钝，基部耳形，边缘有锯齿。孢子囊群近小羽轴两侧各一行着生；囊群盖圆肾形，反卷。孢子期5～10月。 生于山坡、溪旁、林下及石壁的裂缝中。分布江苏、安徽、浙江、江西、湖北、四川、贵州、云南、广东等地。
【功用主治】
《浙江天目山药植志》："治毒疮溃烂，久不收口，根茎去鳞毛加白糖捣烂敷患处。"
