黄竹斋

黄竹斋(1886-1960年)   现代医家。字维翰。原名谦。字吉。晚号中南山人、诚中子。陕西西安人,原籍临潼。幼家贫,随父以打铁为生,长面发奋攻读经史、天文、历算、医学等。曾参加辛亥革命,1925年辞军医官职返陕行医。曾任中央国医馆常务理事,组织医界人士重建南阳医圣祠。建国后历任西北医学院(现西安医科大学)中医科主任,中国中医研究院针灸科主任、卫生部针灸学术委员会委员。撰有《医圣张仲景传》、《伤寒杂病论集注》十八卷(1926年)、《伤寒杂病论汇通》十六卷(1949年)、《针灸经穴图考》八卷及其它著作五十余种。学术思想推崇仲景,擅针药并用,以强刺激手法治疗中风偏瘫等有独到之处。
