Based on discussing the characteristics of regional financial development from the phases dimension and scale economy dimension respectively,this study first puts forward a proposition that there maybe a double-equilibrium relationship between financial development and economic growth and constructs a theoretic model about the double-equilibrium relations.

His main academic contributions are: first,according to analysis on two types of disequilibrium,seeing the reform of enterprise as the main melody on the reform of China′s economic system;second,taking system of stock companies as the basis of China′s microeconomy;third,taking the employment priority with price stability as the basic macroeconomic policy;and fourth,with the moral adjustmen.

The first is an approach that is based on the no- tion of multiple equilibria-several dramatically dif- ferent outcomes can occur given the same fundamen- tals.

The study on multiple equilibria was started two decades ago.

With dynamic optimization method and equilibrium analysis,we have shown that there exists the phenomenon of multi-equilibrium between human capital development and economic growth.

The interaction between rural formal financial system development and rural economic growth can generate stable multi-equilibrium.

The results show that the characteristic of multi-equilibrium is emerged in the evolution of trade behavior.
