tudi Iiyong xianzhuang diaocha土地利用现状调查(landuseC~ncysurvey)为查清各种土地利用分类面积、分布和利用状况而进行的调查研究工作。进行土地利用现状调查，首先要建立土地利用分类系统，然后开展外业实地调查，根据实际需要编制相应比例尺的土地利用现状图，量算各类用地面积，编写土地利用现状调查报告。土地利用现状调查按照调查的深度和细度可分为土地利用详查和土地利用概查两种，按行政范围可分出国家、省(市、自治区)、地(市、盟)和县(市、自治区)等若干级别。中国土地利用现状调查一般以县为单位进行，基本方法是利用大、中比例尺地形图或卫片、航片等，通过外业补测或调绘，将变化的地物界线转绘到地形图或影像图上，并以修绘后的地图作底图，量算出各类土地面积，编写报告。土地利用现状调查一般按下列程序进行:①准备阶段。主要包括图纸资料的搜集、仪器准备和人员组织等，其中准备底图是关键。②外业阶段。主要包括现场踏勘、航卫片判读、调绘和地形图补测，以及收集、了解近年来土地利用的动态变化等。③内业阶段。主要是将外业补测或航卫片调绘的内容转绘到工作底图上，根据底图量算面积，编制土地利用现状分幅图。④成果整理阶段。主要在分幅土地利用现状图的基础上，按行政区域编绘土地利用现状图，编写土地利用现状调查报告(或说明书)和有关专题报告。土地利用现状调查的主要成果有土地利用现状分类系统、土地利用现状图及其说明书、土地利用面积统计表和土地利用现状调查报告等。
