腹股沟淋巴结清扫术
腹股沟淋巴结清扫术是指对腹股沟区域内淋巴结及周围脂肪垫进行整块切除的手术。腹股沟区域内淋巴结分为浅组和深组。浅组淋巴结分布随注入大隐静脉的回支表浅静脉分布，位于股三角区。深组淋巴结呈连状，由股三角顶端伴股血管上行，与髂淋巴结相连。腹股沟淋巴结清扫术原则上与临床Ⅰ～Ⅲ期浸润性外阴癌或Ⅰ～Ⅱ期位于下段的阴道癌的切除术同时进行，并在清扫完深层淋巴结后应用肌肉或筋膜覆盖裸露的股血管，以防残留死腔发生术后感染。术后创面应放置引流管，预防感染。
