On the basis of the data from 170 SSE stocks of Shanghai Exchange, an empirical analysis of the stock price behavior under two different trading mechanisms was made by comparing the characteristics of opening to open returns(the periodic call mechanism) with the ones of closing to close returns(the continuous auction mechanism).
以开盘价序列代替集合竞价机制下的价格序列 ,收盘价序列代替连续竞价机制下的价格序列 ,运用上海证券交易所 1 70只股票的交易数据 ,实证研究了两种交易机制下的股票价格特征 ,发现开盘价格具有更大的正态偏离性、更大的波动性和更显著的负自相关性。
